Agent Terms and Conditions

Introduction:

By becoming an Agent for Proeducart (Powered By Lilron Technologies), you agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement.

Agent Relationship:

The Agent agrees to act as an independent contractor and not as an employee, partner, or legal representative of Proeducart (Powered By Lilron Technologies).

Product/Service Representation:

The Agent agrees to represent Proeducart (Powered By Lilron Technologies)'s products/services accurately and ethically, adhering to the company's brand values and guidelines.

Marketing and Promotion:

The Agent is responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies in alignment with Proeducart (Powered By Lilron Technologies)'s goals. Any marketing materials must be approved by the company before use.

Compensation: Compensation details, including commission rates, payment schedules, and any bonuses, will be outlined in a separate agreement or communicated directly to the Agent.

Confidentiality:

The Agent agrees to keep all confidential information, including but not limited to business strategies, client information, and trade secrets, confidential both during and after the term of this agreement.

Term and Termination:

This agreement will begin on the effective date and will continue until terminated by either party with a notice period of 7 days. Proeducart (Powered By Lilron Technologies) reserves the right to terminate this agreement immediately for any breach of terms.

Non-Compete:

During the term of this agreement and for a period of 1 months after termination, the Agent agrees not to engage in or support any activities that directly compete with Proeducart (Powered By Lilron Technologies).

Indemnification:

The Agent agrees to indemnify and hold Proeducart (Powered By Lilron Technologies) harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the Agent's actions or representations.

Governing Law:

Amendments:
